Lethal Talent Gaming is an elite XBOX360, cyber-athletic organization focused on competitive FPS gamers- from dominant pub-level gamers to semi-pro teams, as well as a community of gaming fans. Before you get to filling out your application, here is what you can expect to be graded on:

*Someone who gets along well with other members.
*Someone who is very skillful.
*Someone who participates in the forums.
*Bonus if person brings important intangibles (i.e. leadership, web development skills, artwork skills, youtube channel, etc)
